We also support teachers/ counsellors and social workers with Strength Based Resources together with our partners. These resources emphasis a person’s self determination and strengths instead of taking a deficit model. Strengths based practice is client led, with a focus on future outcomes and strengths that a person can bring to a problem or crisis.
