David Vinegrad |

Mr David Vinegrad, is a consultant and trainer who was engaged by MOE, Singapore twice (in 2005, 2006) to train and advise Phase 1 and Phase 2 RP schools. He has been the key trainer of Guidance Officers in the Ministry of Education. |

David has worked in diverse school settings. He has implemented and managed an alternative school programmes, acted as an Assistant Principal and has been responsible as the head of senior and junior school. |

Ms Jan Grant beyond being a seasoned Restorative Practices practitioner and trainer is a Certified Transactional Analyst Trainer (Education) – the only person with this qualification in Asia Pacific. |

| She brings a unique perspective to Restorative Practices with her dual modality in Transactional Analysis and Systems theory. She has done training in many settings all over the world and recently (October 07) conducted a workshop for educators in Singapore as part of the TA International Conference. |
