Types of Training

School
Schools adopt Restorative Practices in three key ways - one, as a way to strengthen their disciplinary processes; two, as a way to strengthen and build relationships in school and lastly as a whole school philosophy and approach.

Workplace
Managers are confronted daily with problems that distract them from their primary focus of delivering products and services to the community and achieve a good level of profitability.

Community
In the community, Restorative Practices (RP) takes the form of Restorative Justice (RJ)-Juvenile Court Systems, Prisons and Police; Mediation and Effective Communication . The term ‘restorative' is about making things right.
