This 6 hours programme covers Restorative Mediation Skills, Conflict Resolution & Effective Communication. Adopting ideas from Non-Violent Communication (Marshall Rosenberg – www.cnvc.org ), participants will understand the importance of effective communication and aspects of relational leadership.
