Introduction to Restorative Practices Workshop

This workshop will provide participants with an appreciation of RP philosophy, tools and implementation in various settings.

LEARNING:

• RP processes and alignment with the school CCE Framework as well as organizational settings that provide after care services to children/youth

• Build and enhance positive relationship within the community (school & student care settings),  better staff - student and peer relationships

• Bring behaviour to a conscious level to teach children and adolescents how to interact , resolve conflict and repair harm

• Expose children and adolescents to positive values, beliefs, social justice, fairness  and responsibility to create a positive and caring community
