About the Event
Self-regulation can be defined as the act of managing thoughts and feelings to enable goal directed actions, including a variety of actions necessary for success in school and relationship. Self-regulation helps children and teenagers learn, behave well, get along with others and become independent. At-risk students often have poor self-regulatory skills that manifest in anti-social behaviour.
